At Firehouse Fab LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns on eligible items under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date (or delivery date, whichever is later).
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return Process
Contact grant@firehousefab.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us at your expense.
Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs & Refunds
You are responsible for both the original shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost.
We do not reimburse shipping fees in either direction.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (and confirm it is unused and in original condition), we will issue a full refund of the item cost only to your original payment method.
Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. In such cases, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including original shipping) at our discretion.
Important Notes
Risk of loss or damage during return shipping lies with the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
This policy applies to purchases made directly through our website. Third-party marketplace purchases are subject to those platforms’ policies.
